Terms of use · Updated September 25, 2026
Use the tool.
Own the decision.
These terms describe the boundaries of Kernave’s local receipt utility and its optional wallet and network tools. By using the site, you accept these boundaries.
01 · Nature of the service
A utility, not an AI model.
Kernave creates and verifies structured receipts from information supplied by the user. It does not run an AI model, validate the truth of an input, guarantee that a named model produced an output, or assess the quality, ownership, legality, or safety of AI-generated material.
The service is provided as an experimental software utility. Features may change, pause, or be withdrawn. Local verification may remain useful even when a wallet provider, hosting provider, RPC endpoint, explorer, or public network is unavailable.
02 · Not financial advice
No investment or return promise.
Kernave does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, or trading advice. Points are an in-product participation indicator with no stated monetary value. An optional 0.42 BOT payment is voluntary and does not purchase equity, a security, a guaranteed token allocation, or a guaranteed future service.
03 · User responsibility
Review before you seal or submit.
- You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the model, prompt, output, notes, and other details you enter.
- You must have the rights needed to store, export, sign, publish, or share the content in a receipt.
- You must not include private keys, seed phrases, authentication credentials, prohibited content, or another person’s sensitive data.
- You are responsible for checking the address, network, amount, fee, message, and contract details shown by your wallet.
- You must comply with applicable laws and third-party terms, including those of model providers and wallet providers.
04 · Receipts and proof limits
Integrity is not authenticity.
A valid Kernave digest indicates that the receipt body matches the body that was hashed. It does not independently prove when or where an inference occurred, whether the input is complete, whether the named model was used, whether the author controls a model account, or whether the output is factual.
You must not present a local receipt, wallet signature, transaction, or digest anchor as broader proof than it provides.
05 · Wallet and on-chain actions
Public actions may be irreversible.
Connecting a wallet is separate from points activation, signing, anchoring, and payment. Each later action requires its own user decision. You may reject a wallet request or continue using local receipt tools without submitting a transaction.
Once a transaction is submitted, it may be delayed, fail, consume fees, reach an unintended address, or become permanently visible. Confirmed transactions generally cannot be reversed by Kernave. You accept responsibility for network conditions, wallet security, address accuracy, contract risk, and transaction fees.
06 · Prohibited use
Do not misuse the receipt layer.
- Do not forge authorship, misrepresent a receipt’s evidentiary scope, or use the service to deceive others.
- Do not interfere with the site, probe infrastructure without authorization, or distribute malicious code.
- Do not use the service to violate intellectual-property, privacy, export-control, sanctions, or other applicable rules.
- Do not automate abusive traffic or attempt to bypass wallet and transaction confirmations.
07 · Availability and liability
Provided as available.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kernave is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. You are responsible for retaining your own receipt files and verifying important results independently.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the project contributors are not liable for lost files, lost funds, lost opportunities, inaccurate inputs, model outputs, wallet compromise, public disclosure, network failure, contract behavior, or indirect and consequential loss arising from use of the service.
08 · Changes
Terms follow the released tool.
These terms may be updated as Kernave adds or removes capabilities. The date at the top identifies the current public version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the site and avoid optional network actions.
